BULLDOGS

Age: 1 - 2 years old

The Bulldogs of Clockwise are leaving babyhood behind in search of a new adventure. Learning to walk, talk, and run; our educators help our toddlers understand their independence. At this age, outside is a new learning experience filled with emotional, psychological, and physical development. Bulldogs are introduced to shapes, numbers, colors, and the alphabet. A unique focus is also placed on social behaviors, exploration, and sensory learning to reinforce motor and social skills. Our Bulldogs are encouraged to hold different items to feel and recognize different textures, smells, and tastes. Bulldog activities include; circle time, story time, educational play time, and music/ song time. To begin each day of fun at Clockwise Learning Center, our Bulldogs sing a “welcome song” that incorporates all of their classmates names to better familiarize them with each other. The goal of our Bulldog educators is to introduce our students to the concept of consistently maintaining a daily schedule containing a full day’s curriculum to better prepare them for the next step into the Bear Cubs, Ladybugs and/ or Ducklings classes and routines.
